About the Opportunity

Nibe Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead and strengthen our people practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for leadership and critical business roles.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage employee onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.

- Oversee compensation, benefits,



and annual performance appraisal processes.

- Maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation while driving process improvements.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, MIS reports, and dashboards to support business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.

Experience

- Experience working in a manufacturing setup is highly preferred.
