Role & responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, dashboards, and MIS for senior leadership.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range financial planning.

- Perform detailed variance analysis of revenue, manufacturing costs, overheads, margins, and profitability.

- Analyse plant financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.

- Partner with business, operations, and plant leadership to support strategic financial decision-making.

- Develop financial models, profitability analysis, and business case evaluations for current projects and investments.

- Monitor key financial KPIs, cost optimization initiatives, and working capital performance.

- Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate management information.

- Support Board reviews, business review meetings, and leadership presentations with meaningful financial analytics.





- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, automation, and reporting efficiency using ERP systems and analytical tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1012 years of post-qualification experience.

- Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing Industry and desired is Automotive industry.

- Exposure to manufacturing cost analysis, inventory valuation, product costing, and plant finance.

- Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO), ERP systems, and Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools will be an added advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and business-oriented approach
