- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice and solutions in digital engineering and R&D.;
- Oversee the project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Lead a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
- Stay conversant of industry trends and technological advancements to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to expand business opportunities.

- Services industry • Experience of working in New Product Development, R&D;, Innovation mgmt., PLM, BOM, Digital Twin and Thread space, Process Excellence, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations • Experience of working on Strategy and Consulting assignments for clients.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.

- Technical Skills:
- Experience in Business Process Consulting, Problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in PLM and digital engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment • Project Management Experience with strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model.
- Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles Rapidly learn and apply recent engineering technologies and exposure to other PLM tools.
