About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Client Servicing & Conceptualization who can transform client briefs into compelling experiential concepts and winning pitch presentations.

The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset, capable of understanding client objectives, developing innovative ideas, preparing high-impact presentation decks, and confidently presenting concepts to senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client Understanding & Strategy

- Meet clients to understand business objectives, communication goals, and event requirements.
- Interpret client briefs and convert them into strategic creative directions.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions and lead ideation for pitches and proposals.
- Build long-term relationships by becoming a trusted strategic partner for clients.

Concept Development Develop original concepts and experience strategies for:

- Corporate Events
- Brand Activations
- Government Projects
- Exhibitions
- Conferences & Summits
- Festivals
- Tourism Experiences
- Product Launches
- Experiential Marketing Campaigns

Presentation Development

- Develop compelling pitch presentations with a clear storyline and persuasive narrative.
- Create mood boards, inspiration references, colour palettes, experience maps, and visual directions.

Pitch Leadership

- Present concepts and proposals to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Lead client discussions, respond to feedback, and refine concepts accordingly.
- Work alongside the business development team during pitches and competitive presentations.
- Represent the creative vision while balancing feasibility, budget, and client objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with 3D designers, graphic designers, production teams, content writers, and project managers.
- Guide creative teams to ensure concepts are translated accurately into visuals and execution plans.
- Review creative outputs to maintain consistency with the approved concept.





Required Skills Creative & Strategic Thinking

- Exceptional conceptual thinking and ideation skills.
- Ability to convert abstract client briefs into compelling experiential concepts.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and experience design.
- Excellent visualization and creative problem-solving abilities.

Presentation & Communication

- Expert-level PowerPoint skills.
- Strong command over presentation structuring and visual storytelling.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently present to CXOs, marketing leaders, and government officials.

Design Understanding

- Strong aesthetic sense with knowledge of typography, colour, composition, and layout.
- Good understanding of spatial planning, event layouts, exhibitions, and experience flow.

AI & Creative Tools Hands-on experience with:

- ChatGPT
- Midjourney
- Claude
- Canva AI
- Other Generative AI platforms

Ability to leverage AI for concept generation, mood boards, visual references, content development, and presentation enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Event Management, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- 7–8 years of experience in:

2. Brand Activation Agencies
3. Exhibition Design Companies
4. Creative & Marketing Agencies
5. Experience Design Studios
