Knowledge of PTP, R2R, FP&A;, Tax, Treasury & Payroll is an added advantage Good stakeholder management skills Flexible and adaptable to change and deliver the business expectation Ability to rapidly learn and apply recent methodologies, frameworks and tools Strong ability to manage multiple priorities Exposure to transition planning, FTE estimation and transition planning Experience in supporting deal management in a BPO environment is a big plus
