Role & responsibilities The Senior Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and automation equipment in the plan
- Basic knowledge of SAP for maintenance spare parts planning.
- Hands-on experience with Servo Drives and Servo Motors.
• Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Relay Logic Circuits (RLC) and electrical control circuits. • Understanding of all types of industrial sensors, including: o Proximity Sensors o Photoelectric Sensors o Inductive & Capacitive Sensors o Limit Switches o Temperature & Pressure Sensors
- Knowledge of Pneumatic Systems, including valves, cylinders, FRL units, solenoid valves, and air compressors.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams,
and control schematics.
- Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Knowledge of 5S, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Utility (DG set, HT line / Substation, LT panel, Air compressor & dryer and Fire safety, ect). Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile- . Minimum Qualification • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering / Equipment. Experience
- 4 to 5 years of experience in electrical and industrial maintenance in a manufacturing workplace.
