Key Responsibilities • Partner with global stakeholders to identify skill gaps and recommend practical,

scalable learning solutions.

- Design and facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and in-person, for employees at different levels.
- Lead end-to-end management of the Learning Management System (Cornerstone), including course administration, user support, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Develop learning content such as facilitator guides, participant materials, and blended learning solutions.
- Support and enhance key programs including onboarding, leadership development, functional and compliance training.
- Track and analyse learning data to measure effectiveness and continuously impro programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams on learning and development needs.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, ora related field.





- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
- Robust experience in facilitating instructor-led training for diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience managing an LMS, preferably Cornerstone.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage virtual audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
