Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead iOS Swift Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade native iOS applications across airline fintech and enterprise e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI , UIKit, Combine, and the Apple Network framework, along with a solid track record of shipping secure, offline-capable, and high-performance apps.

The role requires close collaboration with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and delightful mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
- Build reactive data flows and state management using Combine.
- Implement offline-first experiences and connectivity handling using the Apple Network framework.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following iOS coding standards and best practices.

Solution Design

- Participate in technical design discussions and iOS architecture reviews.
- Translate product and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Perform module design, code reviews, and technical documentation for iOS features.

Data & Persistence

- Design and optimize Core Data models, migrations, and performance-tuned queries.
- Implement caching, background sync, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Analyze and resolve memory, threading, and performance bottlenecks.

Integration

- Develop integrations with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs and Firebase services.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and token/keychain management.

Build, Dependencies & Release

- Manage dependencies using CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins).




- Support App Store submissions, staged rollouts, and release management across environments.

Support & Maintenance

- Troubleshoot production issues, crashes, and ANRs; perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor app health, crash-free rates, and SLA adherence via Firebase Crashlytics and analytics.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.

Leadership & Mentoring

- Mentor junior and mid-level iOS developers and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Swift 5+ and native iOS development .

Extensive hands-on experience with:

- SwiftUI

Strong understanding of:
- iOS Application Architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coordinator patterns)
- RESTful API Development and Consumption

Persistence & Storage

- Core Data modeling, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Keychain, UserDefaults, and secure on-device storage.
- Data caching and offline sync strategies.

Platform Services & DevOps

- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging).
- Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins.
- App Store Connect, TestFlight, and enterprise distribution.

Networking & Integration





- URLSession-based networking and RESTful API consumption.
- Apple Network framework for connectivity monitoring and offline handling.
- OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and secure API integration.

Version Control

- Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in airline, fintech, e-commerce, or large enterprise environments.
- Experience with mobile API Gateway and BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) integrations.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and Identity Management solutions on mobile.
- Exposure to modular iOS architectures and Swift Package-based feature modularization.
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Firebase, Sentry, Datadog RUM, or New Relic Mobile.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
