About the Role

Own our AWS practice end-to-end - from pre-sales and architecture through migration, delivery, and support. Lead the AWS delivery team and act as our primary technical contact as an AWS Partner.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead pre-sales discovery, solutioning, SOWs/LOEs, and proposals for AWS engagements
- Design secure, scalable, Well-Architected AWS solutions and lead WAFR reviews
- Plan and execute cloud migrations (rehost/replatform/refactor) and new environment builds using IaC
- Own escalation management, incident/RCA processes, and SLAs for managed AWS accounts
- Manage our AWS Partner relationship, competencies, and co-sell motions
- Build, lead, and mentor the AWS engineering/architecture team
- Requirements
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure/cloud, 8+ years as an AWS architect/lead (Partner/MSP/consulting background preferred)




- End-to-end ownership experience: pre-sales - estimation - architecture - implementation - support
- Strong hands-on skills: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC, Direct Connect, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, KMS, Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, CI/CD
- Experience with cost estimation, client proposals, and production escalation handling
- Prior team leadership/mentoring experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills

Certifications

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Skilled (required)
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (preferred)

Good to Have

- Multi-cloud exposure (Azure/GCP), FinOps experience, MSP/consulting background
