About the Role

F5 Global Talent is looking for a Senior L3 Systems Engineer with strong Managed Service Provider experience.

You will serve as a senior escalation point across multiple client environments, resolve advanced technical issues, and manage Microsoft cloud services, Windows Server infrastructure, firewalls, virtualization, and backups.

This is an MSP position that requires frequent context switching and working within strict SLA deadlines. Candidates whose experience is only within one internal company environment may not be the right fit.

Responsibilities

- Resolve advanced Level 3 support issues within SLA requirements
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Azure VMs, and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and directory synchronization
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, DPI-SSL, and content filtering
- Support virtualization platforms and backup systems
- Maintain clear technical documentation
- Work with internal teams and external client stakeholders

Requirements





- Previous hands-on MSP experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration experience
- Windows Server and Active Directory expertise
- Hands-on firewall, VPN, virtualization, and backup experience
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
- Experience working under SLA deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English
- Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours

Nice to Have

- Experience with SonicWall, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Meraki
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, Autotask, or NinjaRMM
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, or AZ-140
- Experience with cloud migrations and network documentation

Significant Applicants must have experience supporting multiple client environments within an MSP . General in-house IT experience alone is not sufficient.
