About the Role (Overview) We are looking for a Senior Executive - IT to provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-related issues while maintaining IT systems and security.

How You Will Add

Value (Core responsibilities) • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and user access.

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and Office 365/Google Workspace.

• Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues.

• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and regular system backups.

• Monitor network performance and coordinate with vendors when required.

• Perform routine maintenance,



updates, and security compliance checks.

• Support video conferencing systems and other office IT equipment.

• Assist employees with basic IT training and technical guidance.

What You

Bring to The Team (Experience & Education) • 4–6 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure is an advantage).

• Robust troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
