Key Responsibilities Design & Conceptualization

- Develop comprehensive design narratives that align with client briefs, lifestyle requirements, and brand positioning
- Create detailed mood boards, spatial plans 3D visualizations, and working drawings
- Make informed material, finish, and color selections based on durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct thorough site analysis and constraint mapping before design freeze
- Integrate sustainable and functional design principles without compromising aesthetic vision Project Management & Coordination
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across 3-5 concurrent projects
- Coordinate with in-house team, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare accurate bills of quantities (BOQs), specifications, and cost estimates
- Track procurement timelines and vendor performance; manage design change requests
- Maintain detailed project documentation, master schedules, and delivery milestones Execution & Site Leadership
- Conduct pre-execution walkthroughs with contractors to establish quality benchmarks
- Make on-site decisions that require both design understanding and practical feasibility judgment
- Troubleshoot installation issues,

- Ensure design intent is preserved during execution while remaining flexible to real-world constraints
- Maintain quality control through regular site inspections and photo documentation Client Relationship Management
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients across design and execution phases

- Handle design revisions and feedback systematically
- Maintain qualified communication during high-stress execution phases
- Gather feedback post-completion and integrate learnings into future projects Knowledge & Team Contribution
- Stay current with material innovations, finishes, and manufacturing capabilities in India and globally
- Mentor junior designers on design processes, technical documentation, and client management
- Contribute to the studio’s material library, specification database, and design precedents
- Share learnings from completed projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
