Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Patch Management Engineer with 57 years of experience to lead enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, and server lifecycle management across Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will drive patch governance, security compliance, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise patch management activities using Ivanti.
- Manage end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle using Qualys, including scanning, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including Amazon Linux 2023 and Ubuntu.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly patching activities with minimal business impact.
- Analyze vulnerability reports and drive remediation based on risk and business priorities.
- Manage and monitor server backups using Commvault.
- Support and administer secure file transfer solutions using Kiteworks.
- Automate patch deployment and reporting using scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Develop patch management policies, standards, and SOPs.
- Perform root cause analysis for patch failures and security compliance issues.
- Collaborate with Security,



Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams.
- Generate compliance dashboards and present patching metrics to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

- 5–7 years of experience in Infrastructure or System Administration.
- Solid expertise in Ivanti Patch Management.
- Advanced experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management.
- Strong administration skills in Windows Server, Amazon Linux 2023, and Ubuntu.
- Experience with Commvault backup administration.
- Experience supporting Kiteworks secure file transfer platform.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management frameworks (CVSS, CVE, Patch SLAs).
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python automation.
- Understanding of AWS and/or Azure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ITIL processes and change management.
- Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and security hardening.
- Exposure to vulnerability compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.
- Leadership or team mentoring experience.
