Job Opening: Senior IE – Sample Department

Position: Senior Industrial Engineer (IE) – Sample Department

Industry: Garment / Apparel Manufacturing

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Operation Bulletins (OB) for sample garments.
- Calculate and validate thread consumption for all sample styles.
- Conduct method study and time study for sample development.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising, Pattern, and Production teams to ensure accurate IE data.
- Analyze garment construction and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure accurate SMV calculations and operation sequencing.
- Support the sample department in achieving productivity and quality targets.





Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in preparing Operation Bulletins (OB) and Thread Consumption.
- Valuable understanding of garment manufacturing processes and construction.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
