Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Senior Image Editor to lead high-end post-production workflows and ensure visual excellence across international client accounts. In this role, you will perform complex retouching on fashion, jewelry, and product catalogs while integrating modern Generative AI tools to maximize quality and throughput. You will also mentor junior editors and maintain quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities

- High-End Retouching: Execute pixel-perfect post-production for high-volume e-commerce catalogs, luxury fashion editorial shots, ghost mannequin apparel, and intricate jewelry (managing metallic reflections and gemstone clarity).
- Color Accuracy & Profiling: Perform rigorous color matching, color correction, and color profiling to ensure true-to-life product rendering across digital displays.
- AI Workflow Integration: Incorporate modern Generative AI tools (Midjourney, ComfyUI, Photoshop Generative Fill, Stable Diffusion) into daily post-production pipelines to enhance efficiency and creative execution.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Perform detailed quality checks on completed batches before delivery, ensuring adherence to strict client guidelines and zero-defect output.




- Team Mentorship & Standards: Guide, train, and mentor junior and mid-level editors, establishing standardized retouching protocols and best practices.
- Turnaround Management: Meet tight turnaround schedules for international client workflows across multiple timezones.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on professional retouching experience within an agency, e-commerce company, or high-volume photo studio.
- Niche Expertise: Proven mastery in:
- Jewelry Retouching (metal polishing, reflections, gem enhancement).
- Fashion & Ghost Mannequin (3D shaping, wrinkle reduction, fabric texture retention).
- Product Photography (background removal, shadow creation, compositing).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Photoshop , Lightroom , and color management software.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Generative AI image editing tools .
- Deep understanding of color spaces (sRGB, Adobe RGB, CMYK), ICC profiles, and resolution standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional eye for detail, strong communication skills, leadership ability, and effective time management under tight deadlines.
