Senior HR Executive Roles &

Responsibilities (Automobile Industry) with 2 to 5 years of experience.

- Manage recruitment and onboarding.

- Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.

- Support industrial relations and labor law compliance.

- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift management.

- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity).

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Assist in performance appraisal and employee development.

- Organize training and employee engagement activities.

- Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and welfare.

- Prepare HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, and manpower).

Key Skills: Recruitment,HRMS, payroll coordination, communication, conflict resolution, MS Excel, and team management.
