Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end system architecture for major global customers solution design, scalability, security, and interoperability across cloud and hybrid ecosystems.

- Define architecture blueprints, standards, and reference models to unify product, platform, and customer implementations.

- Drive architectural governance across engineering and R&D; organizations to ensure consistency, reusability, and performance.

- Lead global software delivery, product engineering, and sustenance teams, improving release quality and delivery velocity.

- Establish governance models — code quality, feature throughput, and cross-team collaboration.

- Improve engineering maturity through agile practices, architectural guardrails, DevOps, and automation.

- Partner with product owners to prioritize investments, manage technical debt, and align releases to market needs.





- Provide L3/L4 support frameworks for cloud and self-hosted solutions across multiple regions.

- Manage 247 sustenance engineering, improving SLA adherence, MTTR, and customer satisfaction.

- Build scalable support models including self-service tools, knowledge bases, and issue-prevention automation.

- Partner with leadership and senior customer stakeholders to shape long-term technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.

- Lead distributed, multi-continent teams and manage vendor ecosystems for large-scale transformations.

- Mentor architects, analysts, and engineering leaders, building next-generation technical leadership.
