About the Role

- We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who actively leverages AI tools to produce high-quality visual content at speed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced execution, creative experimentation, and performance-driven design.

- As part of a lean and agile team, you will take ownership of the brand's visual identity across digital platforms, creating compelling static creatives, product visuals, advertisements, and short-form videos. You will work closely with the Founder and marketing team to develop high-performing creative assets with quick feedback cycles and real ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging ad creatives, social media posts, banners, product graphics, and marketing materials for Meta, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.

- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts with strong hooks, captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and engaging pacing.

- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.

- Utilize AI-powered creative tools for image generation, background replacement, upscaling, auto-captioning, AI voiceovers, content enhancement, and video editing.

- Convert raw creator-generated content (UGC) into professional, performance-driven advertisements.

- Develop and maintain reusable design templates, brand assets, and creative libraries to improve production efficiency.

- Ensure all creative assets consistently follow brand guidelines, including typography, color palette, spacing, and visual tone.

- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to analyze campaign performance and continuously improve creative output based on data insights.

- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI technologies, and social media content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing (Agency, In-house, or Freelance).

- Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Figma.

- Excellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.

- Practical experience using AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, ElevenLabs, Topaz AI, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of short-form content creation, audience retention, storytelling, and social media trends.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

- A strong design portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing creatives for paid advertising campaigns.

- Knowledge of product photography and basic content shooting.

- Experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or Consumer Brands.

- Basic understanding of 3D product rendering or mockup creation.

- Familiarity with Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube advertising specifications.
