Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the design and execution of creatives for:
- Social media (Instagram, Facebook, ads)
- Performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Website banners and landing pages
- In-store branding (standees, signage, posters)

- Emailers and WhatsApp creatives
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to deliver conversion-focused creatives
- Conceptualize campaign ideas for product launches, offers, and events
- Work on influencer and campaign creatives (reels covers, story templates, etc.)
- Guide and mentor junior designers
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design efficiency, ideation, and output quality
- Use tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms for concept generation, image creation, and faster execution




- Integrate AI workflows into daily design processes to improve turnaround time and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest AI design trends and tools

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in:

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe InDesign
- After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred)

- Robust understanding of
- Typography, color theory, and layout
- Performance marketing creatives (CTR-focused design)
- Social media trends and formats
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools and workflows (mandatory)
- Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury/lifestyle brands
- Strong motion graphics and video editing skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design
- Experience in creating AI-assisted ad creatives at scale.
