Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the company s brand message.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual communication. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, content, and other internal teams to create high-quality digital and print creatives.

The role requires creativity, solid execution skills, the ability to understand briefs clearly, and the confidence to suggest fresh and innovative design ideas.

Roles and Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs that align with the company s brand identity and communication objectives.

Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, posters, banners, presentations, emailers, infographics, and other marketing materials.

Understand creative briefs and convert ideas and concepts into effective visual designs.

Develop sketches, mock-ups, wireframes, layouts, and storyboards to visualise design concepts.

Generate fresh, innovative, and out-of-the-box ideas that support the company s marketing and branding initiatives.

Work closely with marketing, content, sales, product, and other internal teams to understand project requirements.

Ensure that all designs are visually consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Create artwork and marketing collaterals for both digital and print platforms.

Edit, retouch, resize,



and enhance images based on project requirements.

Support other designers and team members to ensure the timely and effective completion of projects.

Manage multiple design assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Make necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders and management.

Stay updated with current graphic design trends, social media trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Maintain organised design files, source files, templates, and project assets.

Coordinate with printers, vendors, or production teams when required to ensure accurate final output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other relevant design tools.

Good understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, composition, branding, and layout design.

Experience in creating designs for social media, digital marketing, websites, presentations, and print materials.

Knowledge of logo design, image selection, print production, packaging design, and web layout design will be an advantage.





Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and experience across different formats.

Ability to understand design briefs and translate them into clear and engaging visual communication.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify design inconsistencies, spelling errors, alignment issues, and visual overlaps.

Good communication, presentation, time-management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve design quality.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Affinity Designer, Canva, and AI design tools.
- Good knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding.
- Experience in creating social media, digital, and print designs.
- Basic knowledge of image editing, retouching, and print-ready file preparation.
