ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who enjoys building brands with purpose and precision.

You'll work across branding, packaging, print, marketing communication and presentation design, collaborating closely with founders, clients and the wider creative team from concept through final execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, contributes ideas confidently, communicates effectively with clients and naturally supports the designers around them. Beyond client work, you'll also help shape a number of exciting in-house ventures currently being developed by the studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Creative-

Design thoughtful brand identities, packaging systems, marketing collateral, presentations and print communication.

Translate creative briefs into meaningful visual solutions that balance creativity with business objectives.

Develop production-ready artwork for packaging, print, retail graphics, exhibitions and large-format applications.

Project Ownership-

- Take ownership of projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate directly with founders, clients and internal teams throughout the creative process.
- Present ideas clearly, confidently and professionally during internal reviews and client discussions.

Team & Collaboration-

- Support and mentor junior designers through constructive feedback and creative guidance.
- Contribute to a collaborative studio culture by sharing knowledge, ideas and creative perspectives.
- Help maintain the creative standards CRAFX is known for across every project.

Skills & Qualifications-

We're looking for someone with 25 years of experience in a branding agency, design studio or similar creative environment, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking across branding, packaging and print.

- Foiling, Embossing, Debossing & Spot UV
- Large Format Artwork including Signage, Exhibition Panels and Retail Graphics
- Production-ready artwork and print specifications

Software Proficiency -

- Adobe Illustrator Advanced proficiency in branding, packaging, vector artwork and production-ready files.
- Adobe Photoshop Strong image editing, compositing, retouching and mock-up creation skills.
- Adobe InDesign Experience designing brochures, catalogues, company profiles and multi-page publications.
- Adobe Acrobat Pro Confident in preparing, reviewing and preflighting print-ready artwork.
- Figma / Adobe XD Familiarity with UI layouts, wireframes and design systems.
- Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to create professional, visually engaging client presentations. Microsoft Word & Excel Comfortable with documentation, project coordination and production tracking.

Communication - We're looking for someone who can confidently communicate ideas, present work, collaborate with clients, contribute during creative discussions and build positive working relationships across the team.
