Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6–8 years of professional experience to join our growing Software & IT Services organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity, support marketing initiatives, and enhance digital communication across multiple platforms.

The candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality marketing and branding materials including brochures, presentations, social media creatives, banners, emailers, infographics, case studies, and advertisements.
- Create visually engaging assets for digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, sales, and technical teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Design graphics and layouts for internal and external events, webinars, recruitment campaigns, and client presentations.
- Work closely with UI/UX and web teams to support digital product and website design requirements.
- Edit images, videos,



and multimedia content when required.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies in the IT and software industry.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a Software, IT Services, or Technology company.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other modern design tools.
- Valuable understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating designs for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design concepts.
- Experience working with corporate branding and B2B marketing materials.
- Understanding of AI-based design tools and creative automation platforms.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
