Role & responsibilities

- 3-6 years professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments.

- Robust portfolio demonstrating digital marketing creatives.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:

- Photoshop

- Illustrator

- InDesign

- Working knowledge of Figma.

- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram, Freepik AI, or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of prompt writing for image generation and creative ideation.

- Strong understanding of:

- Layout

- Typography

- Color theory

- Composition

- Visual hierarchy

- Branding principles

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience working on global brands.

- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and platform-specific design best practices (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Basic photography or image retouching skills.
