About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a product engineering team responsible for building and enhancing enterprise-grade business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across frontend and backend technologies, with a passion for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that support complex business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications across frontend and backend layers.

- Build end-to-end features, from database design and API development to user interface implementation.

- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using clean coding practices and modern design principles.

- Create intuitive dashboards, workflow-driven applications, and business process automation features.

- Design and implement secure APIs, integrations, and business-critical application logic.

- Develop role-based access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data security features.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability.

- Integrate applications with external platforms, third-party services, and enterprise systems.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and sprint activities.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and leverage Generative AI technologies to improve development productivity.

- Ensure high-quality software delivery through testing, documentation, and best engineering practices.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6–10+ years of software development experience.

- Strong experience building full stack web applications.

- Experience working on enterprise software, SaaS products, ERP platforms, or workflow-based systems.

- Exposure to finance, compliance, legal, or business process management applications is a plus.

Frontend

- React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

- Component-based architecture

Backend

- Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Python, .NET, or equivalent backend technologies

- Strong understanding of application architecture and business logic implementation

API & Integration

Database

- PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server

- Query optimization and database performance tuning

- Exposure to MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL databases is advantageous

Cloud & DevOps

- AWS or Microsoft Azure

- Git, Docker

- CI/CD pipelines

- Basic understanding of microservices, API-first development, and event-driven architectures

Preferred Skills

- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with workflow automation, approval systems, and business process applications.
