As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. You will be a hands-on technical contributor responsible for building robust, high-performance systems that combine modern full-stack engineering with applied Generative AI capabilities, ensuring reliable, production-ready solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibilities In this role, you will:

- Design, Build & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade web applications end to end.
- Engineer the Core Stack: Build and maintain applications primarily using Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Extend the Ecosystem: Apply Python and Go (Golang) alongside Redis and Apache Kafka to support performant, event-driven services.
- Build AI-Powered Features: Develop Generative AI capabilities, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents,



as part of application functionality.
- Architect Microservices: Build microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native, distributed applications.
- Apply Strong Fundamentals: Use Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns to write clean, maintainable code.
- Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and contribute to scalable system design and architecture.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with cross-functional teams, debug complex issues, and mentor other developers.

Required Qualifications The top candidate will have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of qualified experience in full-stack development with a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance, and AI-powered software solutions.
- Robust expertise in Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Python, Go (Golang), Redis, and Apache Kafka.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or AI application development.
- Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native, distributed applications.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms,



and Design Patterns.
- Experience with application performance optimization, scalable system design, and modern software architecture.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

- Mandatory Requirement Production experience in all five core technologies is strictly mandatory for candidate evaluation and shortlisting:

Ideally you have

- Exposure to building or deploying AI Agents in production environments.
- Experience working in fast-paced, structured Agile delivery environments.
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing.

- A strong hands-on engineer who is equally comfortable across the frontend, backend, and data layer.
- Comfortable owning features end to end, from architecture through deployment, with minimal oversight.
