Role Overview:

As a Senior Fullstack Developer based in Bangalore, you will serve as a technical cornerstone for our engineering team, architecting and delivering high-scale enterprise solutions. Your day-to-day involves navigating the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualizing robust backend services to crafting intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and global stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps.

By maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance, you will directly influence the digital experience of our end-users and drive significant operational efficiency for our business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end web applications using .NET Core and AngularJS to ensure seamless integration between complex backend logic and user-facing interfaces.
- Lead the design and maintenance of enterprise-grade frameworks, specifically leveraging ASP.Net Zero to accelerate development cycles and ensure consistent architectural patterns across projects.
- Mentor junior engineering talent through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the development team.




- Drive Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of features that align with evolving business priorities and market demands.
- Optimize system performance and database queries in C# environments to enhance application responsiveness and support high-concurrency user traffic.
- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot critical production issues and implement proactive architectural improvements that minimize technical debt.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable, secure web applications using the .NET ecosystem, with a deep understanding of C# and .NET Core internals.
- Proven ability to develop energetic, modular front-end components using AngularJS, ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility.
