3. Purpose of the Job The Senior Frontend Developer will take ownership of designing and building sophisticated, high-performance web and hybrid mobile user experiences using React, Ionic, and Angular, with a strong focus on embedding AI-powered features (conversational interfaces, intelligent recommendations, generative UI, and similar experiences) directly into the product. The individual will act as a frontend technical lead, setting standards, and best practices, mentoring junior developers, and partnering closely backend teams to deliver seamless, secure, and intelligent user experiences. 4. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities

- Build, and maintain scalable, reusable, and performant frontend applications using React, Angular, and Ionic (for hybrid mobile).
- Lead the design and integration of AI-powered features on the frontend, such as chat/assistant UIs, AI-generated content rendering, smart recommendations, and predictive UX elements, in collaboration with backend/AI teams.
- Define and enforce frontend component design patterns, and coding standards across web and mobile frontend codebases.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-native development tools and frameworks to improve frontend development speed and quality.




- Consume and integrate secure REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time data (e.g., streaming AI responses) into responsive, accessible UI components.
- Own frontend performance optimization (load time, rendering efficiency, mobile responsiveness) across React, Angular, and Ionic applications.
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level frontend developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and intuitive interfaces.
- Work with QA and DevOps to ensure robust automated testing (unit/UI) and smooth CI/CD-based deployments for frontend applications.
- Implement secure authentication flows (OAuth2/OIDC) and follow data protection best practices on the client side.
- Stay current with evolving frontend and AI/LLM-integration trends.

5. Core Skills

- Frontend: Deep expertise in designing scalable component-based architectures across React, Angular, and Ionic.
- AI Feature Integration: Proven experience building AI-powered or AI-assisted user experiences (chat interfaces, streaming responses, recommendation UIs).
- Technical Leadership: Ability to mentor developers, drive code quality.
- Performance Engineering: Strong focus on frontend performance, accessibility, and responsive/hybrid mobile design.
- Hands-on Coding:



Continues to write and review production-quality code, leading by example.

6. Technical Skill

- Core Frontend: React.js, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
- Mobile/Hybrid: Ionic Framework (with React and/or Angular)
- State Management: Redux/Context API (React), RxJS/NgRx (Angular), or equivalent.
- AI Integration: Experience consuming LLM/AI APIs (e.g., streaming chat responses, embeddings-based search) and building AI-assisted UI components.
- API Integration: REST and/or GraphQL API consumption, real-time data handling (WebSockets/SSE).
- Testing: Unit and UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine/Karma, Cypress, or equivalent).
- Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP for frontend hosting/CDN, exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

7. Advance / Good-to-Have Skill

- Experience with generative UI patterns or dynamic UI rendering driven by AI/LLM outputs.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG-based interfaces, or LLM orchestration on the frontend/BFF layer.
- Familiarity with .NET Core-based backends for smoother frontend-backend integration.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries at scale.
- Exposure to accessibility (WCAG) standards and internationalization.
