2. Studying processes to reduce costs and improve yield
3. Finalize product process, process specification, RM, PM, SFG & FG specification etc.
4. Developing and reviewing quality and food safety policies
5. Evaluate various technology options in food manufacturing project. Plan & execute action
6. Find food process engineering solutions.
7. Leading research to adopt recent technology and equipment
Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience in selection, installation and commissioning of process equipment.
Able to tour in short notice.
Experience in project management
Good in communication and presentation
