We are a leading and rapidly expanding pre-school and daycare services provider with a solid presence across three states. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to head our Finance & Accounts function from the Pune Head Office.

Position: Finance Manager

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting to: Senior Management

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function across all locations with full responsibility for financial governance and statutory compliance.
- Manage company investments and proactively address debt and funding requirements.
- Liaison with banks and financial institutions for operational and strategic financial requirements.
- Collaborate with branch heads to ensure consistent application of company financial policies and procedures.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and records.
- Ensure monthly closing, reconciliations, and reporting processes are conducted effectively.
- Prepare and present MIS reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure timely statutory audits and smooth coordination with auditors.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure process efficiency.
- Stay updated on regulatory and statutory changes impacting the business (GST,



TDS, PF, PT, ROC filings, etc.)
- Support payroll compliance and employee-related statutory obligations in coordination with HR and Admin teams.
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide strategic financial insights and support business expansion plans across locations.

Candidate Profile:
- Professional Qualification: CA (Inter), MBA (Finance), CMA
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-state, multi-location business environments.
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
- Proven experience in bank financing, working capital management, and debt restructuring.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company branches in different states.
