Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Transfer Pricing Analyst role based in Kochi.

The Transfer Pricing

Analyst will perform detailed financial and data analyses to support transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and compliance with global tax regulations. The role involves preparing reports, functional and economic analyses, and working papers for cross-border intercompany transactions. The analyst will collaborate with finance, tax, and business teams to gather information,



interpret policies, and provide insights on pricing models and structures. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring regulatory changes, assisting in audits or assessments related to transfer pricing, and supporting process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to interpret complex financial and operational information.
- Solid grounding in finance, tax concepts, and transfer pricing principles, with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, preparing clear documentation, and presenting findings.
- Commercial awareness and sales-oriented mindset to understand business drivers, pricing strategies, and value creation.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with data visualization or BI tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international tax and OECD transfer pricing guidelines is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
