Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sr Executive to strengthen our Modern Trade MT and General Trade GT supply chain This role offers exposure to end-to-end planning execution and optimization of supply chain processes The candidate will not only ensure seamless operations but will also contribute to improving efficiency enabling business growth and driving customer satisfaction across our private brand portfolio Key Responsibilities 1 Order Business Operations Management - Oversee the order-to-delivery cycle for MT GT customers ensuring smooth execution and compliance with partner requirements - Anticipate bottlenecks in execution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues proactively - Partner with sales teams to align order priorities with business targets 2 Supply Inventory Planning - Analyse inventory availability and align dispatches to maintain healthy stock levels across channels - Share monthly rolling forecasts and demand insights to support sourcing and production teams - Track ageing slow-moving stock and propose corrective actions to reduce risk of obsolescence 3 Customer Stakeholder Collaboration - Act as the single point of contact for MT GT supply chain queries with distributors retailers and key accounts - Build solid working relationships with sales sourcing logistics and warehouse teams to ensure alignment on deliverables - Drive issue resolution and communicate outcomes effectively to stakeholders 4 Process Systems Excellence - Ensure accuracy of data and documents across ERP Manage platforms for seamless order closure and billing - Support process improvements by identifying gaps in order flow invoicing or returns - Contribute ideas to enhance automation and standardization within the MT GT supply chain 5 Performance Analytics Reporting - Track and report key KPIs like Fill Rate OTIF On-Time-In-Full DOH Days on Hand and customer service levels - Prepare actionable insights from data to support business reviews and decision-making - Highlight trends and recommend process changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Requirements - 2-4 years of supply chain experience preferably in FMCG CPG or MT GT channels - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Google Sheets exposure to ERP SAP tools is a plus - Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-driven environment - A proactive mindset with problem-solving orientation What We Offer - Opportunity to manage end-to-end supply chain operations across GT MT channels - High visibility role with interaction across sales sourcing logistics and leadership teams - Exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives
