Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – US Operations to manage US freight operations with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and customer service. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AMS and ISF filings, a sound understanding of the US trade lane, and experience in handling both E-commerce and Traditional Freight shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US freight operations for import and export shipments.

- Prepare and submit AMS (Automated Manifest System) and ISF (Importer Security Filing) accurately and within the required timelines.

- Ensure compliance with US Customs and other regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Handle shipment documentation, tracking, and operational updates.

- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve operational issues.

- Support both E-commerce and Traditional Freight movements across the US trade lane.

- Maintain high service standards by responding promptly to customer queries and operational requirements.





- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and customer-specific processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in US freight forwarding or logistics operations.

- Hands-on experience with AMS and ISF filings.

- Strong knowledge of the US trade lane and US Customs regulations.

- Experience handling E-commerce and Traditional Freight shipments.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding/transport management systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with international freight forwarding or logistics companies.

- Strong attention to detail and compliance-focused approach.

- Ability to manage multiple shipments while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

- Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
