We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Senior Executive with accounts knowledge to manage warehouse operations along with inventory and accounting-related activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of wine products.

- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory reports, and regular stock reconciliation.

- Handle warehouse documentation, invoices, delivery challans, and related records.

- Verify purchase and sales invoices and assist with basic accounting activities.

- Maintain coordination between warehouse, sales, logistics, and accounts teams.

- Monitor stock movement and prepare reports for management.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and compliance with company policies.

- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth daily operations.





- Support in Tally/ERP entries and account-related documentation.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 7–10 years of experience in warehouse operations with accounts knowledge.

- Experience in warehouse operations with knowledge of basic accounting.

- Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and invoice handling.

- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and ERP software.

- Positive understanding of accounts processes and documentation.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in the wine, liquor, beverage, or FMCG industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
