Role Purpose: To support Cargo Commercial Operations through efficient management of agent onboarding, procurement processes, SAP workflows, vendor coordination, and financial transactions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and timely stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities Cargo Operations & Agent Management

Manage end-to-end onboarding of cargo agents, including profile creation, documentation verification, agreement management, and compliance checks.

Coordinate with cargo agents and station teams across the network for operational and commercial requirements.

Support business development initiatives through effective stakeholder coordination.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Procurement & Administrative Support

Manage procurement-related activities including PR creation, PO tracking, vendor onboarding, and procurement coordination.

Handle SAP, VIM, and Ariba workflows and resolve system-related queries.

Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, and station teams for timely closure of operational requirements.

Track pending requests and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Finance & Vendor Management

Facilitate invoice verification, GRN processing,



and payment-related coordination with the Finance team.

Monitor pending invoices, payment status, and vendor-related issues to ensure timely settlements.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Support financial controls by ensuring adherence to internal approval and documentation requirements.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience Required 2-3 years of experience in Cargo Operations, Commercial Support, Procurement, Finance Coordination, or Process Management.

Prior exposure to SAP-based workflows and vendor management will be an added advantage.
