- The Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) professional will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities across Karnataka, with a strong focus on hiring for clinical, non-clinical, and corporate roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals,
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives for recent hospital launches or expansions.
- Partner with regional business heads, unit heads, and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Preferred candidate profile Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
4-8 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Non-IT domain.
Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring across multiple functions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
