Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive - Operations to lead our B2B heavy vehicle driver management and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. You will ensure seamless, safe, and timely fuel deliveries while optimizing costs and driving operational efficiency through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate B2B heavy vehicle drivers and ensure compliance with safety and service protocols.
- Monitor and ensure high On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance across operations.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and efficient use of resources.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational execution and productivity.




- Liaise with regional operations teams, logistics partners, and senior leadership.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure service excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics, preferably in fuel supply or fleet-based industries.
- Experience managing drivers and on-ground operations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with the regional landscape and operational challenges is a plus.
