Role Description The Senior Executive at Hyperpure by Zomato will manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships for the Serampore-Uttarpara market, ensuring reliable sourcing, timely deliveries, and high service standards. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring inventory and order fulfilment, and resolving operational issues promptly.

The Senior

Executive will track key performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities also include supporting business development initiatives,



nurturing long-term relationships with food business partners, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards. The role requires a proactive approach, strong ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications Operational and supply chain skills, including experience in order management, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and on-ground process execution.

Customer and stakeholder management capabilities, such as relationship-building, account servicing, issue resolution, and partner communication.

Analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in using spreadsheets or dashboards, interpreting data, and presenting actionable insights.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact professionally with diverse partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant experience in food services, FMCG, logistics, or retail operations is preferred.

Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and mobile/ERP applications.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity, safety, and compliance.
