GENERAL ROLE :- Branch Support and Sales

Forex Retail Purchase/ Travel Cards/Forex Sale (Retail)/ Outward Remittance-ADII & referral/Speedy
Pick up of currencies from MFIN franchisees
Duties and Responsibilities:-
1. Acquisition of recent Clients as per defined targets
2. To Activate Muthoot Finance franchisee branches
3. To ensure acquisition of business from dormant Client as per defined targets
4. Speedy pick up of currencies from franchisees
5. Ensure resolution of Queries/Complaints from External/Internal Stake holders
6. To ensure that all compliance related norms are met by the branches without deviations within the
7. specified time periods as directed by the regulator/external stake holders
