We’re Hiring – Senior Executive, Clinical Operations

Location: Sabine Hospitals & Research Centre, Anayara, Thiruvananthapuram

Sabine Hospitals & Research Centre is a leading healthcare provider specializing in Women’s Health, Fertility Care, and Neonatal Services. We are looking for a energetic and experienced Senior Executive – Clinical Operations to oversee and streamline day-to-day clinical processes, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily clinical operations across departments
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and quality guidelines
- Monitor patient flow, bed occupancy, and departmental coordination
- Support clinical teams in improving service delivery and patient satisfaction
- Handle interdepartmental communication and resolve operational issues
- Assist in audits, documentation, and process improvements




- Prepare reports on operational performance and KPIs

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hospital operations or clinical coordination
- Strong knowledge of hospital workflows and quality standards
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
