We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused professional to strengthen our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the complete order-to-cash process, including quotations, sales orders, dispatch coordination, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

Coordinate with customers and internal departments for seamless order execution.

Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and commercial documentation.

Handle customer inquiries, order status updates, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Coordinate dispatch planning with production, stores, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Monitor dispatch schedules and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers.

Ensure accurate documentation of orders, dispatches, invoices, and customer communications.

Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers for payment collections.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, dispatches, invoices, collections, and order status.





Maintain customer master data and ensure compliance with company documentation standards.

Support the Business Development team in achieving sales and customer service objectives.

Coordinate with export, procurement, and planning teams whenever required.

Build strong customer relationships by providing timely and professional support.

Hands-on experience in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or Oracle.

Experience in customer order management and dispatch coordination.
