We're looking for a Senior Event Producer based in Mumbai to lead preproduction for our events. This role combines remote work with in-person vendor visits.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end event preproduction (timelines, budgets, logistics); source, evaluate, and visit vendors in Mumbai (venues, catering, technical production, decor); negotiate terms and contracts with local suppliers; coordinate remotely with the central production team; and anticipate risks, troubleshooting issues before and during events.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience (5+ years)
in event production, ideally in senior roles; knowledge of the vendor/supplier market in Mumbai or India; ability to work autonomously in a remote setup with frequent field visits; solid negotiation and vendor management skills; fluent English (required), Hindi/Marathi a plus; Spanish speakers are a plus ; and availability for travel within Mumbai.
Work setup: Remote, with in-person vendor visits in Mumbai.
