Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the design and implementation of enterprise-level AI solutions, translating business challenges into technical solutions, and mentoring a team of AI professionals. You will drive AI initiatives from concept to production, ensuring measurable business value and guiding best practices. The position offers a significant opportunity for career advancement within an innovative and supportive organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the full lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions, from initial concept through to production deployment.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions utilizing Python, various APIs, and leading cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can deliver tangible business advantages.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting high standards in solution architecture and delivery.
- Oversee the execution of AI projects, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and generative AI technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python development and API integration.




- Demonstrated ability to mentor technical teams and manage project dependencies.

Must-Have Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in a hands-on delivery role such as solutions analyst, software engineer, technical lead, ideally in technology, SaaS, Enterprise applications, or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience configuring, prototyping, and deploying AI or automation solutions using platforms such as Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, AWS AI, or similar technologies.
- Genuine fluency in LLMs, prompt design, AI agents, agentic workflows, enterprise AI adoption patterns, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong Python development experience with the ability to build backend applications, integrations, automation scripts, and AI-enabled services.
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including asynchronous request handling, performance optimization, error handling, and secure integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, ECS, RDS, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment governance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Industry Experience: Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise applications, particularly in a solutions analyst or engineering capacity, is highly valued.
