We are looking for an experienced Manager Engineering / Machine Maintenance to lead machine maintenance operations across our three Vision Rx Labs in Gurgaon. The role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, improving machine reliability, driving preventive and predictive maintenance, and leading a high-performing maintenance team to support uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing/laboratory facilities.
- Ensure high equipment availability by minimizing machine breakdowns.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, MTTR, MTBF, EER, maintenance cost, and utility consumption.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and critical spares.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and EHS teams.
- Drive TPM initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.Role & responsibilities
