Role Overview We are seeking a modern, hands-on Engineering Manager who can lead high-performing software engineering teams in an increasingly AI-enabled development environment. This role extends beyond traditional people management and requires a strong blend of technical leadership, customer engagement, architectural guidance, and engineering execution. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership - Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for enterprise software products and platforms.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and design principles.
- Guide teams on application architecture, design patterns, and technology selection.
- Troubleshoot and support resolution of complex technical issues when required.
- Drive adoption of modern software engineering methodologies and AI-assisted development practices.

Engineering

Delivery - Lead the end-to-end delivery of software features and enhancements.

- Accelerate product delivery through automation, developer productivity tools, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Engage directly with customers, business stakeholders, and product management teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




- Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas and demonstrate product capabilities.
- Present technical solutions, product demonstrations, and roadmap updates to internal and external stakeholders Team Leadership - Build, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
- Establish a culture of accountability, learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Coach engineers on technical growth, modern development practices, and problem-solving approaches.
- Support performance management, succession planning, and team development initiatives AI-First Engineering Culture - Champion the adoption of AI-assisted software development tools and practices.

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.

- Strong expertise in Angular for front-end application development.
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture and design patterns.

- Experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core application development.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products and digital platforms.

- Knowledge of containerization and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
