Location- Mahalaxmi and Chembur

Job Purpose To oversee and execute civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, project timelines, safety requirements, and budget. The Senior Engineer will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and MEP teams for smooth execution.

Site Management
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review daily site progress and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Quality Management
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and approved construction methodologies.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor workmanship.




- Coordinate material inspections and testing as per project specifications.
- Close quality observations and ensure corrective actions.

Billing & Quantity
- Verify contractor RA bills and final bills.
- Check BOQs, measurements, and quantity reconciliation.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Assist in budget monitoring and cost control.

Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Billing, and Design teams.
- Track project schedules and highlight delays or risks.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to EHS policies and statutory regulations.
- Promote secure working practices across the project.
- Participate in safety audits and ensure closure of observations.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports, DPRs, and site records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain documentation related to inspections, measurements, and approvals.
