Your impact In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering structural solutions for residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, and healthcare developments as part of multidisciplinary project teams. You'll provide technical leadership on global projects, developing structural concepts, analysis models, and detailed designs that support safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.

You'll work closely with architects, project managers, and engineering teams to influence structural solutions from concept through construction documentation, while leading engineers and designers to deliver coordinated and technically robust outcomes. This role also offers the opportunity to expand your leadership capabilities by taking ownership of project delivery, mentoring team members, and contributing to operational and growth initiatives within the business.

Role Accountabilities

- Design the structural analysis and design of building projects using reinforced concrete and steel, with a particular emphasis on steel structures.
- Develop structural concepts that complement and support architectural design intent.
- Lead teams of structural engineers and designers in the production of calculations, specifications, structural models, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to identify dependencies, manage scope interfaces, and resolve technical challenges.
- Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and project deliverables in accordance with quality procedures.
- Take accountability for the technical quality, accuracy, and completeness of structural deliverables.
- Manage structural scope activities, including schedule, budget, resource planning,



and delivery forecasting.
- Support project execution by applying project procedures, execution plans, and quality requirements.
- Build effective relationships with clients, lead offices, and key stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Contribute to operational, leadership, and business objectives through collaboration across project and functional teams.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Here's what you'll need

Responsibilities

- Experience into analysis & design of buildings of various sectors like Residential, Commercial, High-Rise Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.
- Global projects experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Steel Structures.
- Leading a team of Structural Engineers and Designers in the development of calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model.
- Fully understand all structural scope, recognize how that scope is both generated and impacted by other disciplines, and identify scope change.
- Develop and manage schedule, budget, and staffing forecasts for the structural scope.
- Participate in project meetings and take an active role to help team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
- Ability to develop Structural concepts to effectively compliment Architectural designs.
- Demonstrate full commitment to Safety and Quality.
- Participate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality.
- Preparation and checking of the detailed structural calculations and detailed checking of the drawings in line with the project quality procedures.




- Take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the deliverables, including calculations and all construction documents.
- Understand Project Procedure, Execution Plans, Quality Plans and assist Project Manager in the proper execution of the project activities.
- Assist PM in organizing weekly meetings, compiling meeting notes, weekly project reports and such other project documentation.
- Communicate/coordinate within the team and with the Client/lead office to ensure project needs are being addressed in a timely manner,
- Capable of leading / handling large projects independently
- Capable of interacting with all stakeholders including client and vendors.
- Assists in the leadership of functional teams or projects.
