Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections of steel castings to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

- Develop and implement quality control procedures for foundry operations, including casting design, material selection, and process optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes as needed.

- Analyze data from testing and inspection activities to optimize product performance and reduce defects.

- Ensure accurate documentation of all quality-related activities, records, and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Steel Casting Quality Assurance or related field (Mechanical Engineering/Metallurgical Engineering).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Solid understanding of foundry processes, including melting, pouring, and finishing techniques.

- Proficiency in NDT methods such as DPT & UT.
