Responsible for battery pack assembly, production support, and end-of-line (EOL) testing of Lithium-Ion Battery Packs to ensure quality, performance, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor battery pack production activities.
- Perform EOL testing and validation as per defined specifications.
- Troubleshoot failures related to battery packs, BMS, and testing systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and process standards.
- Analyze test data and maintain production/testing records.
- Support continuous improvement and yield enhancement initiatives.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Manufacturing, EV, Automotive, or Electronics Industry.
