Role & responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform solutions for ITSM processes.
- Customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Request Management.
- Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Configure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and Service Bridge.
- Perform ServiceNow administration including roles, groups, ACLs, notifications, scheduled jobs, and system configurations.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, workflow failures, and integration problems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and deployments across environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Preferred candidate profile: 7-10 years of ServiceNow Development experience.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification mandatory.

Robust knowledge of ITSM modules, JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations.

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, ITOM/ITAM is preferred.
