Drawing Production

- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings as per project requirements.

- Create and update GFC (Positive for Construction) drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications.

- Convert conceptual sketches into accurate, detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Design Coordination

- Work closely with the Manager Design & Engineering and consultants to ensure all drawings align with project goals and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to incorporate design changes into updated drawings.

- Assist in design development by providing drafting support and maintaining version control of drawings.

Quality Control

- Ensure all drawings meet high-quality standards, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications.

- Perform checks to detect inconsistencies or errors and rectify them before submission.





- Maintain and follow documentation standards and protocols for efficient design management.

Documentation Management

- Implement robust file management systems to organize and maintain design documentation effectively.

- Collaborate with the document controller to ensure proper version control of drawings.

- Assist in preparing detailed design reports and visual presentations for internal and client reviews.

Site Support and Monitoring

- Provide technical support to the site team by delivering updated drawings and clarifications when required.

- Visit construction sites occasionally to ensure on-site activities align with the drawings and address any discrepancies.

Optimization

- Use advanced CAD tools and technologies to optimize drafting processes and enhance output quality.

Support in drafting practices by adopting new tools or techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
